I bought a new mattress set from this store. The sales person sold me a terrible mattress that did not last. I've had constant shoulder pain from this mattress. You would think they would know a little more about helping you get "fitted" for the correct mattress! I was not able to return the mattress, and they will not even waste their time talking to me now that they have their money. Rude sales experience and incompetent.
