Newish building but really bad in room deco. Like clearly an exercise in budget saving for the owners. Staff is good, bed was comfortable, but plumbing is questionable (did not drain during shower). Did not partake in breakfast but the coffee shop was also good.
We did experience issues with plumbing. From the first night our toilet was stopped up. Didn't realize of course until it was too late. Not thinking this should be anyone else's problem I just asked for a plunger. Problem is still not resolved. Note I have not told staff as yet how bad the situation is. I feel when they know we will be well take care of and the issue resolved.
Breakfast was just like ever other. It's decent enough for free food.
The reviews stating how thin the walls are are quite true. You can hear near everything however even though there were teenagers on my floor we had no problem resting. I agree the bed is a bit hard. I wake up with a crippling back ache, but full disclosure I have had fractures in my spine. Pillows and covers are terrific.

The staff is excellent, accommodating, and friendly. We kept changing our checkout date, I'm sure can be quite irritating to front desk, yet they never showed it. We did have to change rooms after a couple of nights due to the heater not working. This was made as simple as possible by Daily in. It's quite nice for the manager to give personal service and not simply hand down orders.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Would stay again.
Clean place, great staff who make you feel right at home. Sadly the walls and ceiling are very thin - you hear every single thing that happens in the neighboring rooms. On top of that, frequently awakened in the middle of the night by the person upstairs stomping around
