Stayed at this motel, was a pretty good experience, except for the wakeup call was one hour to early. Yea, I know, EDF just ended, still doesn't justify it.
Really great place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms with hot tub, pool, free breakfast, exercise room, etc.
Wonderful location. Easy access to bypass so ur able to miss the traffic/red lights going to Lake Cumberland. Cozy country setting and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay again.
Called at 7:27pm on the way to Somerset, they said they had rooms took my name knew I was traveling from Pittsburgh Pa, got to hotel at 1:30am come to find out they had no rooms, VERY disappointed had to take 3 children too different hotel that didn’t meet our budjet, they called me at 11:30am to tell me they had no rooms and tried to cover it up with new clerk, I pointed out they were lying, it was the same woman at 7:27 that answered the phone, young gal at 1:30 was different, they LIE LIE LIE!!!!!!
Very nice hotel staff were great breakfast was very good. Very reasonable price to stay here
