Came to C.C.'s to find a recliner.. And found one that I absolutely love!!! I highly recommend this place!!!
Eva is very friendly, honest, and really cares about what you want! She even took rugs down off the wall to set up with a living room suit for me! Great furniture, and great prices! Definitely recommend!
Went with my wife to look at lift chairs. While we were looking at two chairs, a man came up and set up a ladder between the chairs we were looking at! He proceeded to work on the overhead light fixture oblivious to the ride interruption he caused. He shorted out the light and the fixtures came crashing down. It was a scene out of a cartoon. Why didn't he do this after hours with the breaker off?
Went in to the store a week or two ago found a beautiful leather couch. The guy who owns the place was very helpful. I brought my husband back a couple days ago to take a look at it. It was already sold. The girl Laura was not very helpful. When I asked about the leather couch she just said we've got it in the warehouse and if you want it you better buy it now because they're going fast. When I asked if they had a catalog of it she said no. I had brought my husband in to take a look at it.She was more interested in looking on her phone. She was very rude and not helpful at all. I wish that the guy that I had dealt with earlier had been present. Needless to say with the rude service that I had gotten with Laura I took my business and my money elsewhere. If looking for good service. Would look for someone else other than Laura. If I had to base my whole experience to that one visit with Laura she would've received a one star.
Liked the furniture, but the staff wasn't friendly
The woman who was waiting on us was very nice (hence two starts instead of one). However, she did not she him away.
Probably won't go there again.
