The basic workflow of this company is great, but the service and infrastructure is horrible. Twice now, they have shown up to my home because of a late payment (which is fine) and tried to open my door to walk right in while I was gone and my friend was home. This is unacceptable. Also, their card machine likes to charge your card twice and take your money, all they did was shrug, say it happens all the time, and offer no assistance with the issue, even though it is their fault. Maybe you should try fixing your POS if it does that a lot instead of making people go without their money.

I honestly don't know how any of the people reviewing this place had a good customer experience. I rented a gaming system from this place and I let them know I was going to be a day late making my payment. Just one day. They then started demanding that I return the gaming system just because I was one day late making a payment. Funny thing is I know multiple people who do the rent to own program there and they actually have had the same thing happen to them as well. I understand that a payment should be paid on the day is due. But one day late shouldn't be that big a deal. Especially when I have seen/heard that they work with various people on late payments. I guess every work place has their favorite pics.

Customer Service is beyond reproach! They're great! From working with you on payments to helping with any issues with electronics, they're always willing to help you! Thanks for being such a wonderful business to work with!

I've dealt with Aaron's for about 5 years now, and never had a problem with them until today.... my bed is paid off and I had a part that was broken, I ask them if They can fix it and how much.... then proceed to tell me that they can but have to order that special part for my bed, I then give them half of the money and the associate ask me if I was paying it all off or monthly. I told them monthly, when they did show up to my house (a month and a half later) to replace my part for the bed, the associate told me his boss said I have to pay it all off today, once I told them I will be paying monthly and the guy said that was fine.... but they threaten me if I didn't pay it they would have to take my bed.... the money isn't a issue it's the principal of the fact that the associate told me I can pay monthly. I would never deal with them again cause they don't go by their word.... rent to own my ass....
