84 Lumber of Somerset has a new customer. I purchessed a large order from one of Lowes and one from 84 Lumber. Lowes I had to wait almost two hours for Lowes to look up numbers so I could pay for my order. Lowes was out of my flooring I needed. Lowes was supposed to deliver my order after 11:30 on a Saturday morning. I called them at 8:45 Saturday morning to confirm my delivery was still to be delivered after 11:30. I was told they're loading it now. However as I hung up they were backing into my drive at 8:45 am almost 3 hours too early. So that left me unhappy with Lowes. Now I also place a decent size order with 84 lumber. My order was delivered exactly on time. There was a small mix up but when I brought it to 84 lumbers attention they reimbursed me the cost of the product and gave me the product as well. Now I'm following up with another order today with 84 lumber. Their service people are wonderful and knowledgeable. No big wait. I didn't even have to go into the store for either order with 84 Lumber. They have taken my business from Lowes.
