Great service! Very friendly! Made sure we had a truck even though the reservation was accidentally made for the following week. Definitely would recommend and will be using them in the future!
Have traditionally had good experience with the Penske trucks. This time it was an older model and in worse shape. Overall tolerable truck but the staff at this Somerset location was horrible. I turned the truck in a day early since I was finished. They were upset at this! Rude and not friendly at all. Would recommend Penske trucks still, just not this dealer.
