This gym is awesome! No huge crowds, I don't have to wait on anybody to workout. The staff is always helpful. No one bugs me during my workouts either, I used to hate going to a gym and some gym buff is there telling you about stuff no one cares about, but not here. It's nice, friendly and clean. I absolutely love it.

It is a great place to exercise. They have lots of different machines, classes to take and even tanning beds. It's clean and the people are friendly and helpful.
Recently signed up and have been about 3-4 times. Great staff and clean facilities. I would recommend to any novice and intermediate people looking for an affordable place to work out. I haven't had a chance yet to schedule any of the consultations they offer. Only downside is there's only one squat rack and one set of dumbbells. Also, gets cramped a bit if you are looking to do deadlift. Not much room for cleans or anything more advanced like that. Overall, it's a nice gym at a very good price.
