I've done a lot of business with this place in the last 5yrs! But think it's time to move on due to last visit. The customer service & people skills are horrible. You would think with a repetitive customer they would take it easy on you with the simple stuff especially after spending thousands with them in the past. I get it- it's a business BUT when they charge you $50 for a 10 inch piece of pipe and 16 minutes of work -( I timed it) there is something BAD WRONG! So peace out # DONE
