I recently purchased a duralast gold battery less than 2 months ago , the battery is bad an leaking acid currently. Conviently they could not find any record of the purchase under my account even though I had given them the necessary information when the battery was purchased. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO ANY OTHER PARTS SUPPLIER.
Would have been nice to have been told that the refund went on a card even with a receipt on parts that weren't the correct ones to begin with.
Unreasonable return policies. Stuck me with a car battery for $139.00 that I didn't need that is brand new. Even with the receipt they wouldn't take it back.
Will NEVER spend another penny with them. Will do business with O'Reillys and Advanced henceforth.
