I just purchased a new Toyota C-HR yesterday. Ryan Shanks was very helpful and accommodating! No high pressure sales- very friendly staff! He was very patient with me as I test drove 3 different cars before deciding on C-HR. He answered every question in detail. The customer waiting area was clean There was complementary coffee and a vending machine nearby with soda, water and snacks. The entire service experience was pleasant.
