I was treated like royalty! Jeremy remembered what kind of vehicle I had purchased when I called in to schedule an oil change. I was able to get a next day appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early.....he said they could take my van right then. They were fast. I left Kia 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I really felt like they care about their jobs and in so they care about their customers! I will definitely tell my friends about Kia service.
They were ready when I got there. The procedure took less time than I expected.
Richard and Andrea were great all the way through the process! Richard listen to our situation and after getting us approved he showed us what was in our price range. He did not waste our time showing us this car and that car. Richard stayed focused on our limitations and got the job done in the best way possible. Andrea was the first person I had contact with and she made me comfortable enough to explain to her our situation. She did not waste any time, after knowing exactly what we were looking for and our limitations, with showing us cars that would not work for my husband and I.
After going to two different dealerships, we were very reluctant to try car shopping again due to the amount of time that the sales person wasted and just feeling worn down by the time we pulled out of the parking lot.

I was running late on having my recalls fixed. The Mechanic let me come in anyway without having to reschedule. They fixed the recalls as well as looked at other things. They did a full overview of my car and it didn't take but 2 hours. The Mechanic told me my spark plugs were due for a change. I let them do it. They also gave me a sale on new tires and told me I could come back if I wanted to have it done. I couldn't believe it but my car sounds and rans better than when I first bought it. I want to give a big thank you to the Mechanics at SouthEast Kia. You fellers are awesome.
