Very happy with the back of house staff, but not happy with the front of house staff. Front desk really could use some work on how they come across to the customer. So far one of the front of house has been nothing but snooty to me. They will not stop me from going since the back of house and docs are great.

I am a second generation Midway "mom". We've been fortunate enough to see Dr. Jasper now with our animals for more years than I can put a date to. Dr. Stacey and Dr. Mullins have also cared for our animals, and I have only good things to say about them. If you truly expect the same quality of care for your pets as you do for yourself, then go to Midway.
Guess I'll find out how they are when I bring my dog. So far they seem to either not open on Saturday, or they close before there time. I called at 11 AM and no one answered the phone. Which isn't good since they show the time they are open. There is a new vet in town so I'll see how this turns out first.
The first time that I came here I brought my dog and he was 13 years old. They were very considerate of him and you could tell they were sympathetic to his pain and they helped him. I brought my two young male dogs to have their shots and one of them was sick. They have treated them very well. They have had their shots, everything they needed and they are reasonably priced. The most important thing is they are kind and loving to the animals. I would recommend them to anybody because they care about the animals that is what is important. I am very happy about the way they have treated my animals and I will be back again. I will recommend them to anybody. If you ask me I've never seen people more caring loving and devoted to the animals! I can honestly say that these people work hard and care for the animals not out to make that buck sincerely with gratitude Linda Hasty
