DO NOT take your animals here. There are ALWAYS extra "fees". After boarding for a few days, my dog returned with bloody, infected elbows. Questionable cleanliness at best! Take your animals elsewhere.
I've been taking both my dogs to Dr. Flynn for years and have always been very satisfied. My oldest dog Kye has glaucoma and has been a regular patient for years now. Both my pets have had surgeries here without any worries.
I have worked for Dr. Flynn for over 12 years, and it's still an awesome job! We are truly a family!
i've been here atleast 6 times in the past month to get flea and tick either pill or gel that goes on their neck and for one it didn't work and every time i've went to get the pill they said they didn't have it and i tried to order it the last time but basically they told me since she wasn't being seen there it was too much work and they couldn't do it, when i had just seen someone else i know and had given them the flea and tick pill over the counter... some workers are pretty rude and just none of them were helpful at all, not pleased and would never refer you all to anyone, needs some new or good management if you want to help that place with new employees too! terrible.
I have worked for Dr Flynn for 4 years and counting. She has helped me become a better owner by keeping me well informed of new vaccines and treatments for my animals. I see everyday how she treats everyones animal as her own.
