The only reason I gave 1 star was because there was no option for 0 stars. I stopped by this place as I was passing through town and needed a shirt cleaned within 24 hours due to a small stain on the sleeve. Randy, the owner, worked with me and after a minute or so of talking with him I honestly asked him why he had such a bad attitude. His response was "I'm just so tired". After I asked him about the stain on the sleeve and if he thought he could get it out he said "We only have 1 shot, I can't keep washing a shirt over and over again for $2.30". What a joke this guy was! I then read on his shirt that he was an ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce! This guy is setting the example to other local businesses of how to treat their customers?? I politely asked for my shirt back and stated I would go elsewhere due to his bad attitude, he yelled 'Fine" and threw his clipboard on the counter. Wow, I have never written a review on google but thought this was a good first time since the service was so terrible. I went across the street to Key Cleaners and was treated much better and they had no 'attitude'. Sorry Randy, but you need to get your business act together if this is how you treat your customers.
