If I lived in somerset I'd train here and I'd allow my children to train here as well. Top notch place, top notch people.
There is just no other gyms that treat you like family and welcomes you with open arms like this one. The trainers are so positive and give great motivation. Would highly recommend trying this gym to anyone, from someone who is just starting on their journey of fitness to the ones who have been doing it for years and just need a new way of training.
Family friendly environment and all around a great place to train. The coaches are very helpful and always push you to be your very best. I have lost over 30 lbs since I have started training and am continually getting better. I wouldn't recommend any other place to train in the area!
Easily one of the best gyms in Kentucky. Ian is very simply the real deal! I've trained with him multiple times through out the years and I've had the opportunity to experience his in depth knowledge and application of both striking and grappling techniques. Every time I train at this gym or with Ian personally I learn something new and valuable. Additionally This gym only allows reputable individuals who can handle themselves with class and dignity to attend.
Great enviroment. Very family friendly. Crossfit side is on point with competitors winning competitions. Martial arts side is the best in the area. The competition ranges from beginners to professional so there is a place for everyone to fit in. Recommended!!
