Do not let Sharon cut your hair, she butchered my little girls hair so bad the other staff apologized for the horrible cut. Too short to fix. Horrible!

Edit to add: The "response from owner" is a joke, it appears to be a personal email, but it is not, when I reached out as requested I received a generic response saying that the great clips I visited was a franchise and they would notify franchisee and no response from franchisee. So it is very misleading that great clips responds to the reviews when in fact they do not.
