I was beyond disappointed with services provided. My Mother wasn't even dignified with a stand for her coffin via graveside. She was literally picked up and her coffin just sat down on the ground. $1200 was sent in via donations and when I asked Eric if I owed anything else, he told me no. Yesterday I went to Southern Oaks to get a copy showing whom had sent in donations and was told I owe another $1300!!! How can this be? They did nothing but bring her to the graveside, and of course I paid $800 for the coffin. No flowers. No anythying!! So where did all these other charges come from???I will NEVER have them handle another loved one! NEVER! CROOKS!
Richard (one of the owners) (possibly wearing a wig) was very unprofessional during the funeral processes and made me and my family uncomfortable several times :(
richard (wig wearing pervert) asked a lot of innapropriate questions about my niece's piercings during my mother's funeral. this is very unperfessional and this is unnaceptable at a funeral home. please correct you're behavior before you will loose you're business.... be perfessional.
The staff is friendly, caring and sweet. They offer wonderful keepsakes and a great variety of options. Richard was so very helpful in planning and caring for our needs. We appreciate them immensely and highly recommend using their services.
