Took my flat screen in to just pawn it till my husband got paid and when we went to pick it up the guy just went and grabbed it and handed us the t,v and the reicpt so we thought everything was good and we go all the way home to plug it in finally and the t.v screen was busted Thank God I had a warranty cause you know they wouldn't take the fault for it so yes never gonna pawn a television at this place again cause obviously they can't or won't store them properly cause mine was straight just busted
Absolutely awful customer service-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I stood there for 20 min. trying to make a sizeable purchase and couldn't get anyone to wait on me (this is the 2nd time that's happened, the only reason I had came back was because they gave me what I had been waiting on the first time for free). There was 1 person working the floor who was waiting on a customer and answering phones because no one else would at 1PM on a Monday. He even made the comment there were others working but they were hiding in the back. 2 employees came out, looking at me and another customer that was waiting for service and hi-tailed it back to the back of the store, not even attempting to assist the customers trying to buy something FROM THEIR STORE!!!! Go somewhere else.
It's a pawn shop people. They buy low they sell high. And in a town like this full of people trying to haggle you down on everything as hard as they can because no one has any money and no one wants to pay for anything, they are even more on their defenses with pricing. They have to gamble on things and make profit on what they do sell to cover what they don't. If you want some other experience, then you don't need to be in a pawn shop. However this one in particular has worked with me on price if I give back a little in the negotiations as well. Offer to buy another piece of merchandise if they will discount the first one. Or explain your reasoning for a suggested price drop. They gave me a more expensive TV than the one I bought that broke when I got it home, and didn't charge me any up charge. And also I didn't even get the warranty they offered. And it was like a week later. They've been more than cool with me. They respect people who act respectable basically.
This is the only pawn shop I will use. They have had my computer several times it's always in the same shape when I get it out. They are not only into getting to keep your things they want to help to make sure you keep them during already hard times when you're asking for a loan
Its ok they have been nice to me.
