I will be changing my doctor because knowing my life is in the care of people who don't care is unsatisfying...The one star is only so I could write this review. I give no stars!
Not one to speak ill of any local business but this place is terrible. I understand that wait times are to be expected at a doctor's office but 2.5 hours is terrible when you only see the doctor for 120 seconds. Literally. Over booking is awful. The waiting area is always overcrowded with many ladies who are VERY pregnant left standing for extended periods of time. I'm sure everyone there works really hard but they need to get their scheduling in order. Hate feeling like a number but that's exactly how people are treated there. Just another $ sign is what it feels like. Go elsewhere if you need any special care. Worth the drive to Lexington for me as the total time spent will end up being the same.
Worst experience ever!!!!! Would not refer anyone here either!!! Dr. Glover was the only good thing I could say about this office. Receptionist are horrible nurses are horrible and so rude the ultra sound tech is horrible and rude I had my 32 week growth and development ultra sound here because my husband travels with work so I travel with him and I've never felt so uncomftorble in a doctor's office I had to set and wait for three hours then go to front desk to ask if I had been forgotten about which I was then when I had the ultra sound it lasted ten minutes and she was extremely rude!!! Not to mention countless times I was hung up on and how rude nurses are on the phone!!! They are mixing people's medical records up don't know what they are doing I just don't understand how they are allowed to treat patients this way
I had an Ultrasound done and the woman that did it is very rude. Doesn't talk to the patient and was ready for me to get out fast. The appointment desk clerk is also very rude.I have been waiting three hours for someone to call me back and tell me what my results are. Also why I am having issues after my biopsy which could be dangerous to my health. Also the rooms look very dirty. Especially the carpet. I have pics I took while I was in there and the spots on the carpet stand out.
I never wanted to go here but it was the closest & I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone!
Do not recommend this place to anyone. If you need a baby doctor close I would recommend Stanford hospital.
