Dr. Golden, Dr. Jenkins, and all the staff that I have dealt with there have been terrific. I am also very thankful for their walk-in clinic. It is a lifesaver - especially on the weekends.

Doctors,nurses, nurse practitioners ,office staff is wonderful and caring. The catch you cannot reach anyone, but a call center that needs to be ditched and start over. It is frustrating to everyone involved. If you need to contact them even to make appointment you have to walk in and ask for help.
Also His medical Staff is Perfect! never dealt with anyone rude,snooty, or just down right mean. Also no matter what if you call even that same day they will fit you in as soon as possible! This whole office is what the standard of all other offices should be. They're all wonderful people.
My sister went there and asked for her insurance info. Bc her purse had been stolen. They printed off that info for her and on the paper they gave her it had ppl ss# on it and mine and my mothers also. When i called to ask why the nurse was so rude and short with me. She couldn't explain why it was on there. I'm so upset about it. Why would they do this bc my social security# has nothing to do with my sister insurance info. I'm sure the other ppl don't either bc we don't even know them. I believe that is a hipaa violation. It's un telling how many times they have done this before.
I personally am very thankful for the staff at Lake Cumberland Medical Associates. It is hard to find a good pediatric doctor these days and the employees here are understang to all situations we may face and have always gave my husband and I the reassurance that every new parent needs. Our baby is six months old now and together we have survived all of her immunization appointments, which is very tough for everyone involved. I am thankful to have Dr. Ruby and his staff for our family.
He is an amazing doctor! He listens to you completely; never rushes you, or makes you feel like your taking up to much time. He is amazing with Children my daughter absolutely loves him! You would never think a child would be excited to go to the doctors office. He has handled my son perfectly and is very knowledgeable. There has not been one time he was not sure of what was going on, or wrong. As wonderful of a Pediatrician he is.Dr.Gallo is also my General Care doctor as well. I have never felt un --comfortable to talk to him, and never felt judged for anything I have told him or gone through. I know this may sound over dramatic; but I truly mean every single word about this Doctor by 110%. I have seen a lot of different doctors in my 24 years of life from moving so frequent, and I can honestly say he is the best one my family and I have ever been cared by. For the simple reason of him being well rounded of all qualities you would want in a doctor. He is great at what he does! He is patient,caring,determined,nonjudgmental, and he actually truly cares for his patients. He treats his patients exactly how he would treat one of his family members. I am truly grateful for all he does I couldn't ask for anything better.!
