The Circuit Clerk office is hard to deal with over the phone. As I proceeded to ask my questions I was continually interrupted by the secretary, none of my questions were answered, instead I was placed on hold for 15mins. Once the secretary came back onto the line I was told he wasn't able to help me and then hung up. No have a nice day or anything.
Pulaski County Clerk's office 3 or 4 times over this last year. Every time I go there to get something done or ask questions the clerks are always very polite and courteous, and they seem to go out of their way to help me with whatever I need. I give them a thumbs up report!
