Vehicle had no gas in it when I picked it up. They told me to bring it back empty. So, I did. Then I get an attitude from them when I drop it off. The vehicle had ripped seats and very scratched up body. They told me don't worry about we are aware of it. When I dropped it off they tried to give me a hard time about it!! All employees should be on the same page! Will not be going back any time soon.
The awesome people at Enterprise in Somerset, KY gave us exemplary service. They made changes to our itinerary as we needed, they were very friendly, and they even drove me home after I returned the car. I'd give 6 stars out of 5 if I were able. Thanks guys!
Do the math.
Was ripped off in pre-paying for a full tank of gas when I rented a Corolla for the 'weekend special rate' with a 300 mile limit and the car got 32 mpg. So I paid an extra $27.00 and gave back over 1/4 of a tank of gas. I am on a fixed income and did not appreciate the greediness of the Somerset, Ky. office allowing this.
The car was clean and a great car. The staff were friendly. I would have given 5 stars, but I was disappointed in the key setup. Thankfully, I didn't lose the key, because there was a HUGE fee for a lost key ($250 per key, I believe). I was provided 2 keys that were bound together and couldn't be separated. Not sure how 2 keys bound together would be useful at all and if I'd lost one, I would have lost both. My assumption was that if I lost it, I would have had to pay for two lost keys (which my guess is that was the purpose in binding them together). Call me cynical, but why else would they do this other than trying to get a larger amount for lost keys?
The only way to travel. Easy process to rent a car and great staff! I highly recommend this location of Enterprise!
