Order had been messed up a bit over last week or two but also kinda gotta give them a pass cause they're completely under construction with drive thru open all the time still. But actually should receive 3.5 (3 an a half stars) at least so... definitely nothing b wrong with food or my fav McCafe drinks *especially iced caramel coffee
The only thing worse than the food is the management. This Mc. Donald's routinely screws up our order. One day my wife went in to get our order fixed and the employees saw her and ignored her. Two of the employees were managers and they still ignored her until she had to yell "Excuse me!" This is the worse Mc. Donald's I have ever been to and it's a shame because we live so close by it but we have to drive out of our way to the better one. The food tastes old and dry. They sell burgers that are way past their time. I know Mc. Donald's burgers aren't always fresh but this one takes the old, cold, dry, stale burger to a whole new level. They really need to rotate and check the time on them. I don't even know why they even bother taking customer orders because they never get it right. I think they just randomly grab old stale sandwiches and toss them in the bag. The employees are incompetent but the problem starts with the management which is just incompetent and also rude. They will ignore you if they mess your order up, which they will.
The place was not clean. They said they were understaffed..the bathroom needed attention .. the tables needed wiping..we had to wait for our food and drinks. Then got a smart remark..
If I could give no star that's what I would do had to wait 20 minutes then food was cold an then got a large French vanilla ice coffee it was just coffee NO FRENCH VANILLA
So so on food anymore. Only thing I can truly say that I don't like is on the happy meals. Half time the apple bags only have a few pieces, not even a half apples worth. Also our local store seems to do poorly on ordering toys, they run out and then use old toys as backup. Nothing like getting a box with new things listed only for your child to get a toy they already got 6 month's ago.
